Yae Sailor Moon! This was a fun and interesting cosplay to wear. Interesting being that the day i wore it it was so windy outside (of course it was >.<) that after 15 minutes of trying to prevent my skirt from flying up i just gave up and had a "F-it" moment for the rest of the Sailor Scout shoot we had. And the fun came from not only getting to frolic around with my two besties but all the wonderful people we stopped and chatted with and got to meet, always hands down the best part of cosplaying. Even more so when i had this group of little kids run up to me and were just so excited that Sailor Moon was there and that they were meeting her, it just melted my heart and put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!
This cosplay was the easiest one ive ever had to make, but i enjoyed making it so much i plan to do other sailor scout cosplays in the future. For the boots i opted for a suede instead of a pleather, only because i always found the pleather boots to look so cartoonish in photos that it didn't fit my aesthetic and i wanted something that looked rich and vibrant and those boots hit the mark for me
but this was another fun costume to run around in, SO COMPHY.
Sadly the ringlets on the bottom of her pigtails fell flat on the way there and didnt want to curl up that morning (wigs, they hate me) but none the less i still love all the shots i got.
Come follow me on my facebook page! I update there more than on here NyankoChi Cosplay
Wig i got from Arda-wigs in their Chibi with a long ponytail clip which i then styled
